Start Spreading the News

The day has come! I am officially a college graduate. The past four years at Oklahoma City University have made such a huge impact on me. This school has given me knowledge and hands on experience that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my career. I am grateful for all I have learned and for my accomplishments over the course of four years. This year I was able to be the Student Professional in the costume shop, I was the recepeint of first place in the Women in Art, History, and Literature division of Undergraduate Research Day, I was active on my sorority’s Risk Committee, I volunteered with several theaters and non-profits in the state, I worked at Dance Phase gaining hands on studio experience, and I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Dance and Arts Management, a Minor in History, and a Certificate in Entertainment Business.

I am excited to spend this upcoming summer teaching at Attitudes Dance Studio in Collinsville, Oklahoma, working as the Development Chair for the Distinguished Young Women of Oklahoma Scholarship Foundation, and enjoying the sunshine before starting my graduate studies in the fall.
